Q: How do i send an inquiry?
A; send an email to info@beautymafisllc.com listing the hair style, type & color.  you will receive an email back within 24 hours with your quote.  if you are satisfied with the quote you will receive an invoice. 

 

Q: How can I place an order?

A: you can place an order one of two ways:

1)send an email to info@beautymafiallc.com with your order request. PLEASE INCLUDE LENGTH, COLOR, TYPE OF HAIR AND QUANTITY.  please allow 24 hours to receive your invoice

2) Come in to our salon (8651 mathis ave manassas, va 20110) and fill out an order form.

Q: Where is the hair shipped from?
A: it is shipped from manassas, va or you can choose to pick your order up at 8651 mathis ave manassas, va 20110. you will receive an email with your confirmation number & shipping information or your pick up date/time.
 
Q: how do i pay for my order?
A:  You will be able to pay your invoice via debit/credit card once your order has been approved.  we have other options such as paypal or cashapp if you wish to pay that way as well.

Q: do you have a return Policy?
A:  We understand that picking the right color and style can be difficult with out actually seeing the hair.  we are happy to exchange your unopened beauty mafia hair extensions within 30 days of your purchase.  for hygienic purposes we are unable to return any items that have been opened, worn or tampered.

Q: can I exchange my order?

A: beauty mafia is more than happy to exchange your hair extensions that have not been opened and with in 30 days of your purchase.

A: once we have received and inspected your return that it has not been opened, we will then ship out your order.
